Today is ‘Tanha Pola’, a small festival celebrated in Vidarbha, Maharashtra. Farmers dress up their bulls, kids dress up in costumes & take small wooden bulls to houses in neighborhood and request money. Every year at Halloween, I get reminded of this cute local festival I used to participate in.
